What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your order provided we have not initiated production for your order or dispatched the relevant products to you. To do this you must notify us by sending an email to hello@beachposterprints.com. We custom print and frame each piece just for you so are unable to make adjustments once we begin the printing/framing process.
What is your return policy?
Due to the diversity and size of our offering, we do not pre-print any stock, so every piece is printed on demand and made custom to order. Please note that we do not hold inventory. As a result, we are unable to accept returns and exchange art pieces. We regret to inform you that we cannot offer refunds, credits, or replacements unless the product arrives damaged.
How are your products packaged for shipping?
All prints are robustly packaged. Our unframed fine art prints are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and then shipped in extra thick cardboard tubes, unless they are 15x20cm and being delivered in the UK, or A4 or smaller and being delivered in mainland Europe (in which case they are shipped in thick cardboard envelopes). All framed and canvas prints are wrapped in a protective sleeve with individual plastic or cardboard guards added to each corner. Additional cardboard is secured over the print surface to minimise the risk of breakages or transit damage. Each print is then shipped in a heavy-duty cardboard box. It is extremely rare for breakages or damage to occur.

PRINT & FRAME INFO
Are the prints matte or glossy in finish?
All of our artworks are printed on a heavy 200gsm matte fine art paper that is fsc eco-friendly.
The word “Giclée” is French for “sprayed ink.” Today, the term is used to describe a sophisticated inkjet printmaking process which creates the highest quality fine art reproductions. All of our prints are manufactured in this way. Giclée printing offers extra-fine image resolution, helping retain a higher degree of detail from the original fine art or photographic images. How long do your Giclée prints last? A lot of research and development has gone into the various aspects and materials that make up a Giclée print. The archival nature of the print varies according to the type of inks used, as well as the archival properties of your chosen paper selected and the conditions in which the print is displayed or stored. Current scientific lab reports suggested that our recommended papers and Giclée printing process will produce a print that lasts between 100-200 years in optimal conditions. Please note any print located in direct sunlight is still likely to fade over time.
Do you use glass or acrylic for your framed art?
We use a thick sheet of UV-blocking acrylic for all of our fine art prints because it offers superior protection and is less likely to arrive damaged in transit.
Does the frame come with hanging hardware?
Yes, all of our frames come ready to hang.
Can I frame these prints myself?
Yes, we offer unframed prints so you can customize the look and feel of your final piece. Just select “print only” when adding the artwork to your basket.
